1. Eligibility for Refund/Return
To be eligible for a refund or return, the item must be unused,
in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
All products are thoroughly checked prior to dispatching/shipping. Any item still receive damaged or faulty can be exchanged by contacting us via WhatsApp
In case, you are not satisfied with the Quality / Size / Material then you can exchange with the goods available on our store.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including sale items, discounted products, or any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts due to customer handling).
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
and credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event of a product being exchanged, the difference of price value in products and shipping cost borne by the customer.
